Bottle Uncle Dougie's Chicken Wing Marinade

Directions:

Rinse and dry the wings thoroughly before separating the drum from the flapper. Place the wings in a bowl or a zip top bag and add the marinade making sure there is enough to coat the wings. Mix occasionally for 15-30 minutes, the longer the hotter, but make sure all are thoroughly coated.
Arrange the wings and marinade in a pan at least 1' deep, add enough marinade to half submerge the wings. Bake at 450 for 60 minutes turning wings every 15-20 minutes. Drain off remaining marinade and return to oven and bake to desired finish. Uncle Dougie's Chicken Wing Marinade
