I had to get Baron West Indian Hot Sauce based on a friend's recommendation. She's from Grenada and says they use Baron's West Indian Hot Sauce, from St. Lucia, on everything so I had to try it. A thick sauce made of scotch bonnet peppers, vinegar, onion, garlic, spices, and mustard, Baron's West Indian Hot Sauce focuses more on the flavor than the heat. It isn't too hot but still has enough heat to spice up your cooking, so pour some Barons on whatever it is you're eating, and thank Susan for this awesome Caribbean hot sauce!

West Indian people sure do love their hot sauce...we put it on everything! I'm so happy Blazin' Hot Sauce now carries this product. The flavor is remarkable, and it's not too hot. I recommend folks put it on just about everything!!
